US$30 per person per night for extra bed - maximum of 1.

- Rates are inclusive of daily breakfast
- Minimum stay is 2 nights
- Inclusive of 10% government & service tax.

* we do not rent individual rooms within the villa.

Cancellations
Outside of 30 days receive a full refund, less a US$50 administration fee.
No cancellations or date changes once inside the 30-day period.

Payment
You need to make a 30% deposit to have your booking confirmed.
Remaining 70% is due 30 days prior to check-in date.
Full payment required if booking within 30 days of arrival.
- Bank transfer to an ANZ account in either Australia or Vietnam.
- Online by credit card or PayPal. A 3% credit card merchant fee applies.
