Villa @ Red Bridge consists of 3 master bedrooms, a living and dining area, fully-equipped kitchen, library, and fitness room spread across 2 levels. The open plan living design provides an airy, expansive feel, leading to a large upstairs balcony, and a garden courtyard filled with tropical flora. All rooms have ceiling fans and sliding insect screens giving you the choice of sleeping with cool river breezes or air-conditioned air.
Floor space over the two levels is more than 250 square metres, and the garden is a vast 500 square metres.
Villas feature natural stone and wood finishes and the roof is clad in ‘traditional style’ ceramic tiles. Interiors evoke an Asian ambience while retaining a clean, modern feel. Accented with antique furniture and the work of local artists, features include delicately carved marble work, deeply oiled wooden antiques, and richly upholstered contemporary furniture.
Villa @ Red Bridge is a separate private compound within Red Bridge – restaurant, cooking school, bar, and swimming pool.
It is located in the quiet and peaceful Cam Thanh village – Hoi An ‘Ancient Town’ or the beaches of the South China Sea are only 2kms away – a short boat, taxi or bike ride away.
Bedrooms
Villa @ Red Bridge has three air-conditioned double bedrooms with king sized beds all with river views. Each has a large walk-in wardrobe, and en-suite bathroom with massage bathtub and walk-in shower. All bedrooms have LCD television screen with satellite TV programming.
Twin bed configuration is available on request. A baby cot and/or one extra bed can be provided at no additional cost.
Living Dining Room & Kitchen
This open plan area, measuring 100 square metres, is fully air-conditioned, but can also be thrown open with sliding wooden doors, connecting the area to the garden courtyard.
The living room has 2 large Moran leather Pico sofas, an iPod dock which is connected to speakers throughout the living areas and the garden, a 36 inch LCD television screen with satellite TV programming, and a library of the latest films to watch on DVD. A Sony Play Station is also available.
The main dining table seats 8 persons comfortably and can be extended for additional guests.
Villa @ Red Bridge provides a fully equipped gourmet kitchen, and features a Santos Cappuccino machine and Fagor oven. Other equipment includes large fridge, toaster, food processor, juicer, and dishwasher.
Front Garden Courtyard
The garden leads down to the Hoi An River and has an outdoor dining area and sun lounges.
Back Garden & Car Park
Winding path through lush tropical gardens leads to a private car park for 2 vehicles and the villa’s 2 mountain bikes.
Swimming Pool & Gym
The adjacent 20 metre long Red Bridge swimming pool is available to guests at all times. A weights and yoga room is located on the 2nd floor of your private villa.

Relax on the large day bed while reading a wide selection of books and current magazines.

Unlimited Wi-Fi is yours to enjoy while you are our guest.
The Lounge has an ISD capable telephone. Local or international calls are charged at cost.
Dining
Breakfast is included in your rate, and features freshly made juice, French baguettes, choice of eggs, and a latte or cappuccino.
Dine at Red Bridge Restaurant or ask them to arrange private dining in your villa.
A shopping list (food & drink) is provided to ensure your kitchen is stocked with all your favourites. A large selection of premium wines is available through our partnership with White Marble Wine Bar.
Linen and Laundry
Bed linen and house towels are supplied. A full laundry service is included in your rate. Dry cleaning is available from outside sources at a cost. A washing machine & dryer is on-site.
Power
The villa’s electricity is supplied by the Vietnamese national power company at 220 volts. A generator is on 24-hour stand-by just in case there is a power cut. Electrical sockets use the two-pin system commonly found in Europe and Australasia. Adaptor plugs are available.
Security
A security guard patrols the outside perimeter of the villa walls at night.

Reviews
Previous reviewers have said almost all that can be said about this beautiful villa and it's surrounds. The staff are amazing and welcomed our family with open arms, they even offer to babysit. The children loved the house keeper Moui even tho she doesn't speak a word of English and we loved her breakfasts, traditional "pho" when we asked or eggs any way, inlcuding "Vietnamese boiled eggs" how funny. We stayed with another family and their young daughter as well, so six in total and there was still plenty of space to get away for a bit of peace and quiet. Have an in house massage or the lovely Melissa will arrange anything else you need. xx
The pool is available to the cooking class participants as well and the class was well worth it for the funny tails by the chef. I'll definitley be cooking a few more Vietnamese meals at home after their inspiration.
All in all a fabulous villa and as said before, so close to town by bike or taxi. We've booked to go back already and I'm counting the days until we return.

We stayed at the villa for two weeks in February 2010. Though modern it fits into its surroundings very stylishly. There are three double bedrooms, each with its own large bathroom with tub and wetroom shower. Upstairs there is also a library with daybeds to read overlooking the river with its gentle passing traffic; if this is too relaxing there is a fitness room with weights, benchbed etc.Downstairs is open plan with large kitchen, lounge and dining with full glass windows leading onto a lawn with the river beyond. Adjacent is the pool and cooking school set in trees with the red bridge leading to the very sleek restaurant. Muoi did all our laundry and breakfasts every day and kept the place clean, and we had excellent food sent in from the restaurant a few evenings. I should have done their cookery course.....
The journey into the centre of the town takes about ten minutes by taxi and costs $US2.50; a boat from the centre to the Red Bridge jetty takes about twenty minutes and costs $US5. We rented bicycles and took the narrow roads into town as well as cycling to the ocean beaches, which are a ride of about fifteen minutes away
